These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of monkeyeye.in (the "site") and the purchase of any Monkey Eye product. By browsing, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

You may browse the store without an account. Placing an order requires a valid email address and delivery details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

We produce heavyweight cotton streetwear in limited runs. Product photography, colours and prints are reproduced as accurately as possible but slight variation between screens and physical items is normal and does not qualify as a defect.

An order is confirmed only after payment is authorised (for prepaid) or the address is verified (for COD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or repeated RTOs.

All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping, COD handling and any promotional discounts are shown at checkout. The final invoice reflects the total amount charged.

We ship pan-India through vetted courier partners. Estimated timelines are indicative; occasional delays due to weather, courier load or pincode restrictions are not grounds for compensation beyond the value of the order itself.

All artwork, graphics, product photography, copy and the Monkey Eye name and marks are owned by Monkey Eye or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce or resell any of it without written permission.

The site may offer optional tools such as size guides, wishlists or style quizzes. These are provided "as is" for convenience and we make no warranty regarding their availability or accuracy.

The site may link to third-party websites such as Instagram, payment gateways or courier tracking pages. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Your use of the site is also governed by our privacy practices as described on our legal notice. We only collect data required to fulfil orders and improve the shopping experience.

We welcome ideas and comments. Any feedback you send us — reviews, photos, suggestions — may be used by Monkey Eye without obligation to compensate you, as long as we credit you where appropriate.

Occasionally information on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies related to price, stock, description or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or replicate the storefront, to attempt to breach security, to upload malware, or to harass other users or our team.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if we believe you have breached these terms. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Monkey Eye, its directors, employees or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monkey Eye from any claim or demand made by a third party due to your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of another.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

These terms, together with the legal notice and any policies posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Monkey Eye regarding the site and supersede any prior agreements.

You may not assign or transfer these terms without our prior written consent. Monkey Eye may assign its rights and obligations under these terms without restriction.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India.
