All prices listed on monkeyeye.in are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; the price displayed at the moment of checkout is the price you pay.

Orders above ₹999 ship free within India. Below that, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders may attract a small handling fee depending on pincode.

We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, popular wallets and Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant gateways; we do not store your card details.

Prepaid orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Rest of India: 4–7 business days. A tracking link is shared via email and WhatsApp on dispatch.

Orders can be cancelled free of cost before dispatch by writing to hello@monkeyeye.in. Post-dispatch cancellations are treated as returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with tags intact.

You may raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Reverse pickup is offered on serviceable pincodes; elsewhere, customers may self-ship and share the tracking ID with support.

Once a return is received and quality-checked, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days to the original payment source. COD refunds are processed to a bank account provided by the customer.

Monkey Eye's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website.

We may update this legal notice at any time. The revised version takes effect the moment it is published on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
